Steps to reproduce

Connect with your credentials to the wizard page.
At this moment, in the menu on the left side of the wizard, the position of the "Trunks" and "Routes" tabs are found under the "Configurations" tab, and in the "Users" tab there are "Profiles" and "Configurations".

Expected behavior

The "Trunks" and "Routes" tabs will be placed below the "Users" tab.
The "Profiles" and "Groups" tabs will be positioned within the "Configurations" tab.

[x] Check if the new configuration work with a normal use of the wizard using tancredi provisioning.
[x] Check if the new configuration work with a normal use of the wizard using freepbx provisioning.
[x] Check if the new configuration work with a first use of the wizard (inizialization).
[x] Check if the new configuration work with a migration from nethvoice 11 to nethvoice 14
