Combine telephone presence and custom presence into one main presence

Replace the two presence statuses currently shown with a single presence resulting from some logic applied to those currently shown.

Proposed solution

• Add a new key for the main presence to apis and to linked ws events
• Apply changes to the ui for showing only the main presence instead of those currently shown
