Wrong tooltip and icon inside Speed Dial section

Steps to reproduce

• Connect to Cti with your username
• Position yourself in the Speed Dial section

Expected behavior

To add a new speed dial, there must be a different icon than the one used to add a contact to the Phonebook.

Actual behavior

At this moment to add a new Speed Dial it's used the same icon for adding a contact in the Phonebook.
