Tancredi PHP version no more supported by composer

Tancredi uses GitHub actions for automated testing, and its composer version (2.3) requires a PHP version > 7.2.5 This could be the chance to update Tancredi PHP version to a newer one.

Steps to reproduce

-try to make a pull request to Tancredi

Expected behavior

• Automatic checks green

Actual behavior

• Automatic checks fails with message
