Add stacked bar chart for calls outcome distribution #6136

Add a new graph inside the QManager Dashboard that shows the hourly distribution of calls outcome.

The X axis contains hours
The Y axis contains the number of the calls
In the bars tooltip there is the percentage instead of the calls
