Queue report: average call duration is divided also for lost calls

Steps to reproduce

• in queue report -> Data -> by Agent
• check call duration and number of calls

Expected behavior

Average duration should be the total duration divided by answered and transfered calls

Actual behavior

Also lost calls are counted and average is wrong
