Add not managed calls to queue report performance table

Add the total number and the percentage (in respect of total calls) of the calls which last interaction during the day was negative. For instance

• if a call fails but in the same day the caller make another call that doesn't fail, the call isn't counted as not managed.
• if a call is answered, but same caller calls again during the day and the call fails, it should be counted as not managed

Not managed calls are already saved into queue_failed table.
