Case insensitive phone search

Steps to reproduce

• Connect with your profile to the wizard page
• Position yourself inside the Devices -> Inventory section
• Check that you have at least two physical devices connected to the wizard
• Try to make a search to find one of the available devices

Expected behavior

• [x] You should be able to find the physical device, whether you search using characters in a case sensitive way, or the other way around.
• [x] You should also be able to find the physical device by not putting the character: "-" each pair of letters or replacing it with another character such as the "." or the ":".

Actual behavior

It is possible to search only in "case sensitive" mode and using the "-" character for each pair of letters.
