NethHotel: room calls are without callers on NethCTI report

Phone calls made by Hotel rooms are displayed without caller (both extension and name) on NethCTI report.

Steps to reproduce

• make a call from a room phone configured in NethHotel
• search the call on NethCTI report

Expected behavior

The call has caller's name and number

Actual behavior

The call hasn't caller's name and number
