Upgrade the log manager agent to new upstream version 5.

Changelog:

• auto-throttle of sent logs
• various fixes to restart the agent in case of crash

Test case 1

• Install on a clean machine
• Access Cockpit as root user
• Configure the agent
• Verify the agent sends the logs to nar.nethesis.it
• Change the host and the location
• Verify the new configuration has been correctly applied

Test case 2

• After test case 1, access Cockpit as root user
• Go to the application page, disable the agent
• Verify the agent is not sending data to the remote host

Test case 3

• Update an existing machine
• Verify that after the update the log manager has been restarted and keep sending logs
