Avoid inconsistent status on presence update

Sometimes happens that info provided by the extenUpdate event aren't the same as the one provided by the mainPresenceUpdate so statuses seems not updated inside the operators panel. The issue is related only to the UI due to the used framework.

Solution

• Send mainPresenceUpdate multiple events in ws as is done for the extenUpdate server-side
• Add a timeout to the $apply in the UI
