Connect with a CTI profile that has at least one available queue
Position yourself to the queues section
In the top information section of the queues, check the icon indicating the number of people who are currently in the queue.
After doing this check positioned in the list indicating the participants of the queue.
Expected behavior
The total of participants in the queue with the status "Logged in" must match the total shown in the upper section next to the participants icon.
Actual behavior
Currently the number of participants in the queue with the status "Logged in" does not correspond to the total shown next to the participant icon in the upper section.
