Snom phones Asterisk 18 no audio after hold

If an incoming call to a Snom phone is put on hold, when is taken back there is no audio

Steps to reproduce

• Call a Snom phone with encryption enabled
• put the call on hold from the Snom phone
• take the call back

Expected behavior

Audio should work

Actual behavior

Audio doesn't work
