NethVoice: wizard doesn't reboot NethPhone

Wizard can reboot phones that are correctly registered on Asterisk, but NethPhone doesn't reboot with an error on the client console

Steps to reproduce

• Configure a user with a NethPhone
• try to reboot the phone on the wizard -> Configuration-> Users

Expected behavior

NethPhone must be rebooted

Actual behavior

NethPhone doesn't reboot
