Don't count users deleted from LDAP as CTI users

Users deleted from LDAP (or AD) were still counted as CTI users even if they can't login.

Steps to reproduce

• create a user
• add a cti profile to it
• remove user from LDAP
• verify user number /opt/puppetlabs/bin/facter -j | jq -r .nethvoice_stats.cti_users_count

Expected behaviour

User shouldn't be counted

Actual Behaviour

User is counted
