The search bar offers all the agents interacting with the selected queue. (both actual queue agents e and historical queue agents).
If I choose an agent not part of the queue but that it was in the past, the report doesn't display the results because permissions deny it.
Agent authorizations are only for the actual agents and not for an agent that in the past was a member of the queue.
Permissions are on two elements, queues and agents, but the permissions for the queues are enough to discriminate what can be shown and are the only ones that are configured in the user profiles.
The solution could therefore be to bypass the control of agents on the filter to be used to obtain the data.
