Fix nethserver-nethvoice14 build with open modules

visualplan and recallonbusy modules are in their own repo, and their build requires the GPG key. That means that we can't open up the repo as we need to do for Nethvoice on NethServer 8 or the key would be leaked. There isn't a real reason why those module should be separated from nethserver-nethvoice14

Proposed solution

• [ ] remove the key from the repos
• [ ] rename the repos (to avoid caching and be more consistent with naming)
• [ ] add files needed outside the module into nethserver-nethvoice14 package at build time
• [ ] add obsoletes and requires to nethsever-nethvoice14 package for the old module packages
• [ ] remove packages from comps

Alternative solution chosen: don't change anything and keep two separate repository, since there aren't advantages to NethVoice14 in changing the build system
