Missing UI on call forward web socket event

Steps to reproduce

• Connect with your user to Cti page
• Try to change your status from online ( or other ) to call forward
• Set a number for call forward
• You will see that actually operator card will not update UI

Expected behavior

On selection of call forward number UI should be updated automatically
