webtop2phonebook: new contacts are not being added to the phonebook

With the release of WebTop version 5.20.0, a change has been made in the way sharing data is stored in the database, as indicated in this issue WT-1263. This modification involved altering the names of certain fields. Consequently, the queries used in the webtop2phonebook.php script are no longer able to locate the contacts to be inserted into the phonebook.
