Upgrade to release 5.2.4

Changesets:

• add db fields for auth state of both relays and mailboxes
• add check of db auth states and skip auth failed mailboxes
• add update of db auth states when switching from unknown, ok and error during server authentication
• add change db auth state of relay to ok upon succesful message send

Upgrade to release 5.3.1

Changesets:

• add configuration via WebTop APIs as an alternative to direct WebTop db access
• fix always retry authentication on default relay
