Tancredi extension account details not saved when machine has ipv6 localhost

Steps to reproduce

• add ipv6 localhost to /etc/hosts
• launch signal-event nethserver-tancredi-update
• configue an extension
• verify extension scope file in /var/lib/tancredi/data/scope/[MAC_ADDRESS]

Expected behavior

accoun details should be in scope file

Actual behavior

account details not writte, httpd logs 401
