nethserver-tancredi dependencies updated

Tancredi core dependency (Twig) has been updated https://github.com/nethesis/tancredi/pull/295 https://github.com/nethesis/nethserver-tancredi/pull/142#issuecomment-2367563645

Template syntax isn't changed between versions, but this should be double checked on some phone templates.

Test case:

• download one template per brand (grep the url in the tancredi.log file and uses curl)
• update the package
• download templates using curl and make sure that diff isn't changed
