UI + REST NethVoice

• [x] remove /configuration/allowexternalsips/{status:enabled|disabled}

When invoking the rests, the wizard also raises 3 errors like this:

Apr 06 06:52:26 dn1 nethvoice1[26111]: sh: 1: /usr/bin/sudo: not found

Don't remove POST configuration/localnetworks for now, since proxy isn't ready yet and a ns8 interface to change localnetworks is still needed.

I did a commit on ns8 branch:

• Removed add user button inside extension tab
• Removed scan network button inside devices tab
• Removed from Nat settings down the whole section
• Removed fake model from models page
