nethvoice: add versioning on NethVoice's external repositories

The NethVoice module is composed of various components hosted in external repositories. To compatibility issues between NS7 and NS8, all the changes for NS8 are made in a different branch (usually named ns8) and the tar.gz of the branch is downloaded on build time. This makes it difficult to track the changes because what changes end up in which version depends only on the build's time.

Update The FreePBX forked modules don't handle very well the version bump, the PRs are reversed and only a new GiiHub release is created without adding a new version into the module.xml file. .
