If the user's domain provider is external it's not possible to manage the users directly, with the current implementation this will lead to errors on UI side and backend site.
Changes to fix this in case of external user domain:
The UI will not try to create/manage the domain's admin user in case
The configure-module action will not create a route to the users' portal
On destroy-module, the action will not fail if the domain admin user doesn't exist
