Added JavaScript variable diagram #176

Added a new diagram to JS Reference for a variable diagram. This is the first of a few more incoming, but starting the PR now to start discussion. You can preview the additions in the dev server here:

looks great to me! i'm gonna merge this (even though u're still working on the others) more so to test some of the git dev branch workflow stuff && u can just open up another PR when the next one is ready.
