update NetNet "separate-window" layout #220

currently the "separate-window" layout makes netnet a movable/resizable window which is always over the iframe (which is displayed full screen behind it). folks rarely (if ever) us this layout. we could keep it (to avoid issues w/tutorials or old shareURLs which might reference it) but a better (additional?) layout might be to put the iframe in a pop-up window (with netnet full screen in the main window) so folks can resize that pop-up more easily to test it's responsiveness && get a better sense of what it will look like when published
