multi-file projects #76

we had a quick fix for the WebVR tutorials (w/the Assets Window), but we need to start thinking through what multi-file projects (stored on GitHub) look like, this might be solved w/a widget... but might also require some more fundamental changes to the netnet UI (ex tabs? tree view?)
