Build for jessie #13

Make a kernel and fs build with upcoming jessie

BTW, I spent a day and half trying to get systemd based build working (of old netkit); in the end, I went with sysv init based version that works now as well as 7.6 based build does (and it didn't really require any changes). I am not sure how different -ng init is, but it is something to keep in mind as an option.
