Gutenberg renamed to Zola #330

The Gutenberg project has rebranded as Zola, to avoid clashing with a certain CMS. Could this be reflected in the build image and build documentation as well?

I would keep a reference to Gutenberg name in the documentation at least, in case someone is looking with that name and does not know Zola is the new name.

I noticed Zola is in fact already setup in the build scripts, so this is mainly a documentation issue it seems.
