need to let user know certificate is loading #388

What needs fixed? The certificate takes a long time to load and there's no interaction for the user to know it's happening.

How do you propose it should be fixed? For now, some indicator would be great. In the future we should figure out why it's taking so long.

Side note: this pug is terrifying, what is wrong with you people?? You can't say Steve Bushmasta is scary then keep this thing on the site! 😛
