look into closed captions with Cloudinary #395

@amberleyromo made a good point that transcripts for video are less useful than closed captions

we need to research if/how we can add closed captions to Cloudinary videos and, if it's possible, figure out how to order and add those

@jlengstorf May not have any relevance to y'alls workflow (if not ignore), but I wonder how Joel & team does CC for Egghead videos?

@amberleyromo I dug into this a bit and it looks like the main thing is getting our transcripts back in the right file format. I opened #423 with details (mostly because I forgot that I'd already opened this issue), so I'll close this one and track progress there
