NOTES:

• mission_complete type may be needed to relate to reward
• questioning if reward is a standalone entity then where does redeemed and user info get set
• separate reward table benefits: reward table on user dashboard akin to achievement table, for UI achievement creation can choose reward from dropdown, keep achievement table from being too bloated
