Password Recovery Timeout #211

- Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? Bug.

- What is the current behavior? When a password reset token is generated, it does not expire.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce. Initiate a password recovery sequence. Wait any length of time, and then verify your recovery.

- What is the expected behavior? After a certain amount of time, the password recovery token should be too old and would fail.

- Please mention your Go version, and operating system version. N/A
