Add ability to disable the invitation email that Netlify sends #259

Feature request out of Community. This would be useful for people who are bringing their own lists of users.

Our agency develops web apps for events. On these projects, it’s likely that registrations come from a dedicated booking platform. We then use this data in a separate build once the booking phase is over...

We were looking for a way to add authentication to a Vue build without building a back end....

We just want to import data, not go through the whole invitation process again

👋 Just chiming in with another use-case for manually adding users. We are using GitHub SSO for logging into the Netlify CMS, but are swapping over to Netlify Identity. Because we don't want signups enabled outside of our company, we need to re-invite GitHub email addresses to the Identity service; even though they have access to the repo as-is and can currently login to use the CMS.
