- Summary Fixes https://github.com/netlify/bitballoon/issues/8619#issuecomment-780519601 This PR:

adds a missing pagination rel=prev header that references the previous page
updates the way we install pop and soda due to an issue in the latest pop 5.3.3 version that references gobuffalo instead of https://github.com/satori/go.uuid . See past pipeline failures for error.

Tested in staging and the header is returned correctly (details)
