be more obvious about "correct" rules that will be ignored #36

- What is the current behavior?

currently the playground says this redirects file is correct:

/a /b
/a /c

...but the last redirect will never be used.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

- What is the expected behavior?

would give some more mention of the fact that the second redirect is useless/will never happen.

- Please mention your Elm, node.js, and operating system version.
