Incremental deploys #149

Any plans on supporting the following use case:

Whole site is not fully available in current directory, yet I'd like to deploy the subset of the website that I have locally (and of this, only the subset that is actually newer).

This would make it easier to update parts of a website as part of CI/CD jobs.
