Explore usage of Boost Spirit X3 versus Qi #134

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really a problem. Mainly Boost Spirit X3 has been around for a while now (close to a decade?). The Netmeld team hasn't examined the impact (pro or con) of switching to this, as opposed to continuing to leverage Boost Spirit Qi. This issue is for examining that and, in the case pros outweigh cons, potentially updating to it's usage. This is mainly a developer "issue" and should have little to no impact on the end user.

Describe the solution you'd like Perform analysis and describe potential paths forward. Pay attention to potential impacts to end user versus developer. Potentially implement path forward if relatively simple.

Describe alternatives you've considered Will continue to leverage Boost Spirit Qi.

This currently is a much larger effort than anticipated (i.e., it most likely would be a significant re-write and even then it will not cover all the cases). Will not pursue for the time being.
