Add time button #38

At the moment I just get the display showing "103" briefly if I press the time button, but my controller isn't set at the moment to expect a time capable topside panel

I've changed dip switch A3 to "filter by time" but now I get "105" briefly on the display when I press "time" and the value returned for current time is still "--:--"

After changing JP91 to "Time saved", I now get "120" displayed briefly
