[Edit Show Page] Clear All Show Shifts Button #107

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When the user is setting show times, you can remove individual show times, but not ALL show times from the Show page in the scheduler.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to Remove All Show Times added.

@trystant @majick777 Probably useful to get together on Skype. Tony is @tones on Skype. That's how we've been communicating mostly, even though I really need everyone to be on Slack!

Okay, I'll start a conversation with both of you. I think there's a disconnect because Tony's in Australia. He's best early in the morning U.S time, which is his night time. Or, late in the evening, which is his morning and afternoon.

I'm still getting on top of things after the holiday break, I have a bit more of a plan for going forward now which I'll post on Skype chat after reviewing some more issues.

Added show shift list clearing, along with same for Playlist track clearing. Also added AJAX shift and track saving, and a duplicate track button.

Added to develop version 2.3.1.4 for 2.3.2 release.
