[ Genres ] Add bottom padding when collapses in mobile screens

I noticed that there needs to be a big of padding below the genres when they collapse down on a mobile screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://2nvr.org.aud
2. Click on the program guide
3. Drag in the browser on the desktop for mobile view
4. View genres list
5. See that there needs to be some slight padding at the bottom as it's too close to the top of the tabs.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Needs padding-bottom to clear from the top of the tabs.
