[Pro/Premium] License Activation Notice displaying after activation

Hi, guys,

There seem to be a number of issues with the Radio Station Pro plugin including, apparently, activation. I have just renewed (a month early), was issued a new license, updated it on radiospiral.net, and yet I still see a banner at the top of the admin panels saying I need to complete activation. In addition, in Freemius, the listing says that it's active but not premium.

I think part of the issue may be that I had created a staging site (radiospiral.net is hosted on Wordpress.com), and the staging site seems to have stolen the license. I removed it from the staging site, but I still see the wrong settings on the production site.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any area of the admin/back end
2. Open the notices in the top banner

Expected behavior I would expect that the PRO license be active. Getting this right may solve a couple of other issues as well, but one thing at a time.

I caught that notification myself which should be disregarded if the plugin is functioning correctly. I would disable the plugin license in the Account panel, retrieve your new key, and reconnect it. Let me know if that works.

Alternatively, I can do all this for you if you’d like. Usually the renewal is automattic so not understanding why you needed to renew a separate key. You can also have a staging site with the same key, I believe.

@RadHausStudio Let me know if this is still an issue. Happy to login and fix. Have to get Freemius to fix that notification if the correct license key is enabled. That just happened to me on AVLHMS and the notification is now gone once the license is deactivated, cache cleared, and then reactivated with the correct key.

It looks like what happened was that our premium account got transferred to the staging site when we created it. I just cancelled that one, but now I don't know how to go and mark the production site as the premium one. Freemius kind of sucks, frankly...

I had already updated the key, so I'm confused as to what changed. The site is still nagging us for activation, and the Freemius portal is saying that the app is not premium. By this, I mean that the "IS PREMIUM" toggle on the list view of websites and when a website is selected is toggled OFF; the staging site that I disabled was marked as premium (toggle IS PREMIUM was ON).

Also, we're still having the following issues:

• The embedded player on the site won't play in Firefox
  • I tried on both Linux and Mac
  • It throws errors; I attached them a few messages back, and they're attached below.
• Saving "Station Email" in the Settings area never actually saves the value. I've tried countless times, on different browsers under different OSs.
• The show that uses override scheduling won't display properly. It's the only show page with these issues.
  • https://radiospiral.net/show/electric-leopard-lounge/ is missing a BUNCH of information
  • CSS is borked on only that page
  • Navigation links are apparently broken from that page only
  • All the other shows (e.g. https://radiospiral.net/show/etheric-currents/) display correct CSS styles, and show all the expected information (About the show, show info, host, episodes, etc.).

This page uses the non standard property “zoom”.
