missing nifti #6

VAChT_feobv_hc3_spreng.nii appears in parcellate.py and the csv files but not in the data/PET_nifti_images/ directory.

Any updates on this? path+'data/PET_parcellated/'+scale+'/VAChT_feobv_hc3_spreng.csv', is still missing.
