Transform the spring boot scaffold koltin to a lib. Create an integration project: spring-scaffold-cli

How is the installation going to be?

To install, make sure you have the Spring Boot CLI (1.4.1 or higher):

$ Spring version
Spring CLI v1.4.1.RELEASE

And install the Spring Scaffold plugin

$ mvn install
$ spring install br.com.netodevel: spring-scaffold-cli: 1.0.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT
