Sass compiler #6

sass is installed via npm, but needs the sass compiler, which needs ruby. So i suggest, install last version of ruby, and the sass gem.

ruby can be installed in several ways. Please, choose one (rvm preferably not because requires download a key first and is not reachable from 'certain' location because an annoying firewall rule)
