[x] Shows examples of how to set CLP's for Parse classes programmatically. Classes need to be created first or else the server will throw errors. These errors can be ignored.
[x] Add a read only key to the Parse server to enable read only access
[x] Add new user, parseRead to dashboard who only has read only access
[x] Move all binary environment variables to strings
[x] Update README
