Update ckeditor plugin to version 0.1.27 #10

See title. We have a pretty old version of this plugin in our extension. I did an update of the ckeditor plugin and want to have it in the extension now (it fixes a severe bug if the user has english as browser language). I also added the ticket #9 to have automatic updates.

In Version 1.2.0 we update the plugin to version 1.0.1 👍
