This has always happened every time smplayer has a version update. The way it reads toolbars_state= changes and the current state is no longer valid with each new version. There is no way of fixing this that I have found.
We need some solution? Somethings overwritten?

The smplayer.ini file is copied from skel, and the line is still there and unchanged after the update. Manually turning the main toolbar back off changes the string again. This can be seen in kate with the smplayer.ini open before making the changes and closing it again, using the view changes feature in kate.
I've actually spent countless hours on this, at several different times, trying to figure this one out.
Does Netrunner Debian ship it without /skel?

No they ship the same way, as a matter of fact shadeslayer just had to update the same thing just 5 days ago: https://github.com/ds9-common/default-settings-applications/commit/7435b79a8b2a9e796dcd722c291816dac8a72573
Probably for the same reason, however Debian doesn't get full version updates anywhere near as often as Arch/Manjaro.
Couldn't find another way of doing this so far. I made the change for the ISO once again.
main toolbar should always be hidden, so not sure how the app did reset that.
