RC3 ISO uploaded

Lets spin RC5, with final system-settings package sorting plus new default plasma theme and some FX enabled default.

No problem, I'll begin working on this as soon as I get back from my meeting at my sons school. I should be ready to spin the ISO sometime tonight or tomorrow morning.

Working on the last two things now.

Just updated the packages and applied them to my test system. I will spin a new ISO today once I test these packages.
